The SCADA panel is where field signals are gathered and the RTU operates; a design error there delays commissioning for the entire substation. We design and manufacture panels in-house and carry out on-site installation and cabling with our own teams.

On the SEDAŞ SCADA Expansion Project we designed and manufactured Hitachi Energy RTU530 based SCADA panels in-house for 109 substations, then installed, wired, configured, PtP-tested and commissioned them. Keeping design, manufacturing and field work in one team means feedback from site flows straight into the next panel.

In a SCADA panel the RTU, communication equipment, power supply, terminal layout and cable routing are designed together, and how well the panel fits the switchgear layout on site directly affects installation time. We design panels from field information and, after manufacturing, our own teams deliver them to site, install them, wire them to the bays and upload the RTU configuration.

In the UEDAŞ 2026 SCADA Project we are installing 200 Hitachi Energy RTU530 SCADA panels and integrating them into the UEDAŞ SCADA centre. Having panel manufacturing, site installation and point-to-point (PtP) testing in one team gives the distribution company a single point of contact per substation.

Do you manufacture SCADA panels yourselves?

Yes. We design and build RTU-based SCADA panels in-house, and our own teams carry out site installation, wiring, RTU configuration upload and commissioning.
